What if you were given the opportunity to tell your own story? Not the story of how you’re struggling with rent to afford printing costs or eating baked beans on toast to justify that new lens for the shoot you’re not being paid for… The story behind all that; the story of where you’re headed. In the words of close friend & wordsmith Katie Oldham, “What if the future… Is now?”

In association with our partners at Canon, we enabled three of Britain’s most talented young Gather.ly Collective Photographers Phoebe Cheong, Lee Kirby & Rick Nunn to do just that. The brief was up for interpretation and took each individual back to their roots; Skateboarding Barcelona, Street Fashion throughout Paris & an ethereal nature shoot right here in East London. The catch; 24hrs. Canon sorted kit & we helped with anything else they needed to realise that vision.

In line with everything Gather.ly, the collaboration wouldn’t have been complete without three equally talented videographers. Massive shout-out to Chris Turner, Gavin Strange (a.k.a. JamFactory) & Gather.ly’s own Holly Smith for their efforts in capturing these adventures.
